Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be closed and the deposited funds may be forfeited.

Currency & Conversion

Jay9 Creations processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies will be converted at the applicable exchange rate, and Jay9 Creations's decision on the rate shall be final.

Upon account closure, any valid balance is generally refunded; however, if the account is closed due to a violation, the balance may be forfeited.
